Dr Goh Moh Heng

Dr Goh Moh Heng, who is the President for BCM Institute and the Managing Director of GMH Continuity Architects, is well known for his primary areas of expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), Contingency Planning and Crisis Management. Dr. Goh has assists and contributed his knowledge to many organisations, particularly those that are operating in the Asia Pacific and Middle-East Region.

Dr Goh is a certified professional with certifications in the likes of BCM Institute’s Disaster Recovery Certified Expert (DRCE) and Business Continuity Certified Expert (BCCE); DRI International’s Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP); BCI’s Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI) and ISACA’s Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He also plays the role of an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Central Queensland University, and holds the Senior Member position in the Singapore Computer Society. Dr Goh has also passed the DRII’s Master Business Continuity Professional certification examination.

His core areas of expertise and knowledge pertain to business continuity management, disaster recovery planning, contingency planning, as well as crisis management. He has held several senior management positions throughout his career including a role in the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Standard Chartered Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At Standard Chartered Bank, he has introduced the implementation of BCM in more than 10 countries, and was the global BCM head overseeing 52 countries. Many organizations have benefitted from the projects he implemented.
